Mental Spaces at the Mažeikiai Museum

01-10-2026

The Mental Spaces exhibition by Polish artists is on display at the Mažeikiai Museum and will be open until November 28.

This exhibition features four artists from the Art Institute of Fine Arts Faculty of the University of Warmia and Mazury. Artwork of Jarosław Bujny, Anna Drońska, Joanna Kaczmarczyk and Violetta Kulikowska-Parkasiewicz is on display.

The duet of the acclaimed violinist Džeraldas Bidva and the acoustic guitarist Sergej Krinicinas performed at a concert for the exhibition opening event and brought together fans of arts and culture for a night to remember.

This exhibition provides a glimpse into internal experience, emotions and the relationship between humans and nature. Different artistic forms help artists navigate the topics of memory, identity, relationships, transience and the human existence. Each artist presents a unique visual language which, in turn, opens up space for thoughts, questioning and personal interpretations.
