The notification is posted in response to misleading information published by BNS on 15 May 2007 that says about forecasted loss of AB Mazeikiu Nafta for the full financial year 2007 in the amount of over 500 million LTL.

AB Mazeikiu Nafta denies with determination the abovementioned information provided by BNS agency and recognizes it as misleading and urges the market players to rely on the official information published by AB Mazeikiu Nafta.

AB Mazeikiu Nafta is not intending to publish the forecast of the results for the year 2007.
