On 28 April 2010, the new Board of Directors of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva was elected by decision of PKN Orlen S.A., the sole shareholder of the Company, for the term of 4 years.
The composition of the new Board of Directors is as follows:
Ireneusz Fąfara – General Director of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva;
Jarosław Roman Szaliński – Chief Financial Officer of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva;
Jacek Tomasz Szafrański – Deputy General Director for Commercial Sales of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva;
Edmond Seghman– Deputy General Director for Operations of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva;
Vita Petrošienė – Deputy General Director for Business Support of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva;
Sławomir Robert Jędrzejczyk – Vice-President of the Management Board and CFO of PKN Orlen S.A.;
Krystian Pater – Member of the Management Board, Refinery Operations, of PKN Orlen S.A.

By the decision of the Board of Directors, Ireneusz Fąfara has been elected the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva.
Ireneusz Fąfara graduated from the Cracow Academy of Economics where he acquired Master’s Degree in Economics (specialization in international economic relations); took part in trainings on finance management and functioning of capital markets held in Poland and abroad by the Association of Swiss Banks, Central Bank of Austria; holds a security broker’s license; has practical knowledge and skills acquired at security exchanges in Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.
In its professional career, Ireneusz Fąfara also acted as the Chairman of the Board of BGK Bank (2007–2009), Member of the Board of ZUS (1998–2007), Deputy Chairman of the Board of Energy Bank and Finance Analyst as well as Director of Broker House of the same Bank (1992–1998).
Ireneusz Fąfara will start in his new office from 30 April 2010.
