On September 20, 2007, AB Mazeikiu Nafta received the notification from its shareholder PKN Orlen S.A. informing about the decision of the District Court of Mazeikiai Region as of 19th September 2007 to sustain the application of PKN Orlen S.A. and obligate the accounts’ managers within 7 (seven) business days after entering into force of the court’s decision to perform  records on the securities’ accounts about the transfer of ownership of all 991,796 ordinary registered shares of AB Mazeikiu Nafta to the shareholder buying up the shares – PKN ORLEN S.A.
