On December 28, 2006, Public Company Mazeikiu Nafta registered the revised Articles of Association, which reflect the increase of the authorized capital of AB Mazeikiu Nafta from 707,454,130 litas up to 708,821,122 litas due to the incorporation of AB Mazeikiu Elektrine (which wound up after reorganization) to AB Mazeikiu Nafta.
