AB Mazeikiu Nafta (hereinafter – the Company) announces that on October 23, 2007, UAB Mazeikiu Nafta Health Care Center was registered with the Register of Legal Entities, with the authorized capital amounting to 10,000 Litas and headquarters at Juodeikiai, LT-89467 Mažeikiai district, Republic of Lithuania.

AB Mazeikiu Nafta is the sole incorporator and shareholder of UAB Mazeikiu Nafta Health Care Center, being entitled to 10,000 ordinary registered shares of 1 Litas nominal value. The shares have been paid for by AB Mazeikiu Nafta in the form of the cash contributions.

The purpose of the newly established subsidiary UAB Mazeikiu Nafta Health Care Center which is the health care institution shall be to provide individual and public health care services, training and other services, and perform analysis of working conditions.
