On November 3, 2009, the Supervisory Council of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva, during its meeting, elected Mr. Jarosław Szaliński, deputy general director (chief financial officer) of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva, as a new member of the Board of Directors.
Jarosław Szaliński took the position of the Company’s deputy general director (chief financial officer) on October 1, 2009. J. Szaliński has chemical and financial education and a long-term professional experience in the area of the finance management.
