AB Mazeikiu Nafta („the Company“) announces that on May 23, 2007, AB Mazeikiu Nafta Supervisory Council elected Mr Cezary Stanisùaw Filipowicz, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company‘s main shareholder, PKN ORLEN S.A., as a member of AB Mazeikiu Nafta Board of Directors for the term of the acting Board of Directors.
