On Monday, 31 March 2008, during the meeting of the Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta, Wojciech Heydel was elected as the Chairman of the Company's Board. W. Heydel was elected as a member of the Company's Board of Directors by the decision of the Supervisory Council of AB Mazeikiu Nafta on 20 March 2008.

W. Heydel is a Vice-President for Sales of the Management Board of the Polish Concern PKN Orlen and is acting President of the Management Board of PKN Orlen.
