Seeking to become a leading refinery in the region, ORLEN Lietuva (the Company) produces quality products. The Company is a transparent entity whose performance is based on the principles of corporate governance and social responsibility; it cares for improvement of employees’ qualification and focuses on environment.

The Company shall undertake to:

1. Meet the clients’ needs by constantly observing, evaluating and forecasting the tendencies on the market, creating functional products and services of the highest quality and in compliance with all environmental standards;

2. Guarantee the quality of our products by constantly improving technologies and increasing economic efficiency of production processes;

3. Ensure compliance with all environmental, occupational safety and health requirements;

4. Monitor and reduce emission of pollutants into atmosphere, soil and water; seek to decrease the impact of emissions on human life and health; be prepared for emergencies;

5. Improve working conditions and mitigate work-related hazards by constantly improving the methods of risk assessment and prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and near misses as well as by implementing ergonomic solutions;

6. Ensure access to necessary information on the impact of the performance on environment, and occupational safety and health; 

7. Develop the Company’s corporate culture by promoting team-work, improving personnel’s competence and environmental awareness, also by cultivating employees’ attitude towards satisfying clients’ needs, conserving environment as well as improving working conditions;

8. Constantly improve integrated management systems, ensure measures necessary for increasing of efficiency of this process and apply effective corrective as well as preventive actions.

ORLEN Lietuva operation is subject to the integrated management systems: ISO 9001 — Quality Management System, ISO 14001 — Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 — Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The Company also seeks to act in accordance with the regulations on operations of standardized integrated management systems within PKN Orlen Capital Group.
