Reelection of Chairman of Supervisory Council of AB Mazeikiu Nafta

Thursday, March 20, 2008, the Supervisory Council of AB Mazeikiu Nafta has recalled Mr. Piotr Kownacki from the members of the Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta. Mr. P. Kownacki was also the chairman of the Board. Mr. Wojciech Heydel has been elected to the Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta. Mr. W. Heydel is the Vice-President for Sales of PKN Orlen and is acting as the President of PKN Orlen.

The Supervisory Council has reelected Marek Moroz as the chairman of the council for a one-year term.

On February 28, 2008, the Supervisory Board of PKN Orlen suspended Mr. Piotr Kownacki from the activities of the President and Chief Executive Officer of the PKN Orlen Management Board for the indefinite period of time.
